The TGO Nature Center is pleased to present a series of photographs in this Double-Crested Cormorant photo album.

The Double-Crested Cormorant is often mistaken for the Anhinga. To see photographs of Anhingas for comparison, click on this Anhinga Photo Album link. Look closely and compare each of these birds’ bills.  Anhingas have a longer and more pointed bill whereas the Cormorant has a shorter and more rounded hooked bill.  Anhingas also a have longer neck.
